Welcome to Stuart Fabe Fine Art
Over many years I have cultivated artistic skill in two very distinct and diverse media: fine art gourds and black and white photography. One might ask what they have in common, and the simple truth is absolutely nothing. However, applying creative techniques on hard-shell gourds and producing fine photographic prints have stirred my soul unlike any other media. Then too, there is a certain amount of creative balance between the two media; my photography being monochromatic and
two-dimensional, and the fine art gourds being brightly colored and
three-dimensional. I will leave it to the observer to arrive at one’s own conclusion.
The purpose of this website is to share examples of my artwork, with the desire that their uniqueness touches you in a satisfying way. I hope you enjoy the fruits of my efforts and welcome your inquiries.
